The most unprofessional, non reliable company to use for transportation. Please do you and your loved one a favor and go with a more reliable company that puts your needs before their own. There is NO excuse for having someone wait for hours when a loved one has just had a procedure.

H&M delivered my mom from the rehab center to a doctors appointment after a broken hip. They were prompt and consummate professionals. They took the time to strap her in securely and stayed with her until she was in the examination room. Then they promptly arrived when her appointment was done to transport back. It was such a relief to have this taken care of as it would have been impossible for the family to safely deliver her to the appointment. My sincerest thanks and 5 star recommendation.
Not only was this a good company to work for but after i no longer worked for them i refer people to H&M. My own mother has used this company to go to her chemo every other week. She is a very picky woman and loves her driver! Thank you Marcos and everyone else for taking care of her!!
I’ve worked with a lot of transport companies over the years and this is hands down one of the very best! The customer service from the call center is superb-always pleasant and polite. The owner is responsive and very involved in all transportation arrangements and truly cares about his customers experience. The drivers are responsive, punctual, and professional. Their stretcher and wheelchair transport is A!
Service is terrible said 2:00 at 2:15 they said they are 8 minutes out at 2:30 said they are 7 minutes out. Still waiting at 2:45. All I ask is be honest about when you will be here. What is the point of a reservation?
