I had a problem with a commercial lease and break clause, which involved a business partner and a landlord in a shop premises in Bexleyheath. A document was made for me to sign before i left the lease and shop which i didn't understand too well. After contacting Surrinder at manak solicitors, he strongly advised me to not sign it as there was a clause in there that would still make me a guarantor for the lease over the next 7 years. Which in effect could of ruined me years down the line. He walked me through each step and told me what had to be done, it took a while to complete over 6 months but this was due to problems with the landlord and their solicitor. Surrinder and his team handled my case in a very professional manner, getting me out of the lease liability completely with any issues i may of had with my ex business partner. I cant thank them enough, if i hadn't sought their legal advice and used their services i would be in a very different position right now.
