The owner/project manager was all keen to help us but as soon as our initial budget was mentioned her pen went down and she seemed reluctant to to proceed. I explained I had no idea of the price of kitchens and and appointment was made. On day of appointment Malvern Kitchens cancelled saying that they had had a think and felt they couldn't help us as our budget didnt match anything they had to offer, and they were very busy. So clearly they are not interested in the smaller property holder and are very judgemental and slightly snobbish, who are they to say what we can or cannot afford, and can they afford to throw away business, if they had taken us on it could have led to much bigger orders coming their way. As we are the owner of several properties which we rent out and are renovating. BIG MISTAKE. !! We were very insulted and although an apology was made damage was done.
