What an absolute delight! Maisie's is an incredible shop, with chocolates to die for. Having had a big birthday last month the only thing I wanted for Christmas were chocolates from here.. And they haven't let me down. I can't believe that gorgeous chocolates cost so little. X
A beautiful shop! Stunning chocolates and sweet things! The display is so enticing and encourages you to buy the lovely goodies! They taste wonderful and we shall definitely go back to buy more!! Definitely recommend!
WONDERFUL shop filled full of chocolate surprises. A must visit for all tourists and locals, buy yourself a treat or a loved one. Covid safe too and friendly staff member too. We went to Llandudno for the day whilst holidaying in Wales last week. Towards the end of the day we found Maisies and as a chocoholic I quickly pulled my hubbie through the door ( firstly checking that no one else was inside). We were greeted by a gentleman with a smile and an acknowledgement. Hand sanitiser was there ready for our use and the shop though small was well laid out for the covid situation. The gentleman was really helpful and we soon had a group of chocolate delicacies to take home for our daughters and grandchildren. Then it was my turn. OMG what a superb selection of handmade chocolates. I love dark chocolate and I quickly had a small bag (big mistake I should of gone large or even extra large) full of mouth watering dark chocolates all different. We left very happy with our purchases. We sat on a seat near the sea front when I thought it would be a good idea to have a further bag of dark coffee creams, so hubbie made his way back with a description of where they were in the shop. When he got there they were just closing up but the gentleman said he would happily serve him. Well we are home now and I wish I lived in llandudno just around the corner from Maisies. These have to be the best chocolates I have ever tasted. The chocolate is beautiful rich smooth and dark. The fillings are deliciously rich cream centres NOT PRALINE which is what I normally find. The chocolates have all gone but I am not unhappy because Maisies have a website and I will be ordering online. If you love chocolate dont wait to go to llandudno checkout the website and the chocolates you wont be disappointed.
