Helpful when I booked and lovely when we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble even though we were outside due to Covid regulations. Food was excellent and good value. Recommended.

No change in 50 years! Still as welcoming and friendly as it was when I used to be bought one of their iconic sugar mice when I was a child. The lady who served us couldn't have been nicer and our pot of special blend Tudor tea was just what we needed. Next time I'm hoping to buy some of the artisan chocolates. They looked amazing.
The cafe is socially distanced & staff there very friendly, food was lovely. It was a bit chaotic at front door due to lack of space. Think ots the lady at till that let's it down, picking chocolates out she never smiled once, or responded to conversation, very frosty, which is a real shame, especially as I think she's the Manager as been served a few time over the years by her
