I have to say a massive thanks to Glyn, Kate, caretakers, cleaners and security at the Box works office Manchester. It hasn't been easy over the last couple of years, owing to a cladding issue, but the have always been professional, courteous and nothing is ever too much trouble. An appalling company with basic cleaning and maintenance of a poor standard. The 'professionalism' of the management is also questionable. Have requested an independent audit....still waiting and complained about behaviour of staff...also ignored. Other emails regarding building cracks and surveillance cameras ignored. Management costs for 2018 are over 40%. All in all a terrible service and will be progressing complaints further. Unbelievable that the developer handed over the lease to this company, which is 1 stat rated on trust pilot.
The groundsmen have always been fantastic, dedicated to what they do and very helpful within their remit, and often beyond. Mainstay at HQ level used to be appalling especially on matters of accounting, finance and legalities, something they seem to had continued from previous regimes. However thanks to ongoing dialogue with friendly but professional on site management, this seems to be improving, thank you for Listening...
Responsive and good quality service. Whether it is the groundsmen or the gardeners or the help needed for pest control, or simply using as a sound board for ideas, my experience has been that everyone listens, has had a smile on the face, remembers to do the job and does a good job. Ben, Val, Max, Tom - apologies if I don't remember other names but my interaction with all has been of a great quality.
The concierge and estate manager at Elephant Park have always been very professional. You can always count on Kamil and Ernest for a friendly smile and to solve any reasonable problems without fuss. Thank you for being so attentive and proactive!
