Epcot scooter battery was low and this resulted in our missing our ride home. Main gate sent a driver (Joshua) out to help us. Joshua was a real blessing to us which like a birthday gift for my wife - today being her birthday. Thanks Main gate for making our day.

Tony picked us up at universal tonight. My son left his phone on the van. I called the number and the lady (sorry I can’t remember her name) radioed him immediately. He found it at his next stop. She called me right back. He called me when he was almost there. I was so grateful and appreciative. Thank you! I would recommend this service to anyone staying in the Orlando area.

Have been using this shuttle all week with no issues until we were picked up at Universal Studios. On the way home the bus driver slammed on the brakes and my wife was thrown from the seat in the first row. There are no seat belts or safety restraints for Passengers.
