Great place to walk take the kids and walk the dog. There are woodland walks and open spaces. Ample car parking .. charges Monday to Friday 1 .. 1.50 at weekends .. there is also a gateway to the North Downs Way footpath. Beautiful scenery from the top,can see for miles on a clear day.

Amazing walk very clean love the castle ruins could have done with nice cuppa tea or coffee but nothing there bring on the the tea hut or burger van
Lovely walk with sweeping views across Maidstone, A little awkward to get to as it it on one side of the A249 dual carriageway, also parking fees of 1 and 1.50 at weekends and no facilities and not many seating areas. Still worth a visit for the views alone.
We love taking the pooches for a walk up here. Great now they have pay by phone. Only downside is when all the hang gliders are there as it stinks of fuel and is really noisy.
