They have sent loads of patients text asking them to book their covid 19 jab. All to find out they were all sent in error! Now nobody can get through because of their appalling mistake. No text either to say they have done an error. Absolutely disgusting. Should be ashamed. I wish I could give 0 star!

Called nearly 100 times between 8 and 830 just to be able to get an appointment. Still haven't got through and by the time I do there will be no appointments left. What a joke.

Terrible service from reception on the phone!\ I am Barbara's carer. She is 87 and has just been released from hospital with new medications, one of which i've had to cut because of an adverse reaction. Her blood pressure is now high. The receptionist, Lovelocke, just refused to write a note to one of GPs to book an appointment for tomorrow because i had not phoned in the 8-11 slot. Lovelocke was not impolite, but lacking in any sympathy for what is an urgent situation. 111 can't solve it - GPs are the experts on BP medication, as I've been told at the hospital recently. Her BP is not currently so high (over 180) to phone for an ambulance, though it may happen later - we had to call an ambulance twice over this before she was hospitalised. All Lovelocke needed to do was to make a note to GP in the surgersy - then they could decide if this was a 'nuisance' call or justified - but she refused to do this on several occasions. Apparently her supervisor was off for day, and there was no one else to give her advice, at what must be very busy time for this surgery.

This practice has really gone down hill over the years the reception staff are always busy plus u have to ring first thing in the morning for a appointment or use the app Tec with hardly any appointments on their plus some of the doctors and nurses are inconsiderate towards you and want u out of the room within minutes of walking in going to look around for another GP practice one that's got time and compassion for u as this one hasn't
