Wonderful walk again by the Thames. Friendly walkers here and well managed spaces... just a shame that Michaela's Tea Shop hasn't been able to open in the current crisis

Hurley is always a great place to visit to while away some hours. Quaint little village in a beautiful setting by the river. It's a bit short on eating and drinking places, but two nice pubs with nice gardens. Parking always a problem so get there early.

Not straight forward to find the path from the Olde Bell. Go past the Village Store on the left hand side you come to the Manor House. A drive way in front of you and the path is hiding just on the right. Tea shop when you get to the lock open 11 to 5pm. Closed on a Monday!? Nice and quiet to walk by the Thames and see the boats and the Wildlife.

Beautiful village and lock on the River Thames. Free parking for those who are early enough to make it to the public’s car park. Great village shop for the essentials. Then the walk by the river is fantastic either towards Henley or Marlow. Shame the public toilets remain closed otherwise a very pleasant place to visit.

Beautiful afternoons to be had in the sun, but parking in the village can be quite difficult on sunny, popular days and so expect a bit of a walk. If you find the \lock island\ you will find the area in my photograph which is perfect for kids with minimal swimming skills.
