It was a decent service until this week rate increase flat fees in more than 50%... that was told to costumers \hidden\ in a newsletter starting with covid safety measures... a way to make the increase less noticeable... but a total disgrace in ethics and in their respected to the client... if you want a car with a decent level of battery, you have to pick a taxi or ran across the city to get it. battery levels in the app are deceiving and new app update doesn't work very well.

I had a flatten tire incident last month. I immediately parked the car on a regulated spot and called customer service. However, 3 days ago, I received an invoice of 500 euros for damage as deductible. I immediately challenged the invoice by asking for more details, but no details was provided and moreover my bank account was charged yesterday. This is a highly abusive practice. A flat tire for 500 euros.
I was very happy with the zity cars until they doubled there usable rate without informing the people about it. Never received any email about prices changes...totally unacceptable!
Your app doesn't even work on my phone, it gives me an error after I enter my payment details... You literally failed at the first step of your business, good job guys
Really nice service, with good range and many nice details, like back camera, navigation, etc. However I have several complaints, one is that at night the shift position is very difficult to see, so when parking you do not know if it is in the reverse or in forward mode, so a light there would be nice. Another annoying details is that when the car reservation 20 minutes time expires, you cannot rent that car again for 2 hours. Perhaps this time is inadequate when zity cars usually are far away, and if you don't reserve you run the risk of not having a car when you get to the location. Finally i would like the possibility of grouping invoices by month, which i can't do with the current version of the app
