My business has tried using this company for a supplier for equipment and for repairs. There are some good people that work here but unfortunately this place is very unprofessional and does not communicate well with their customers. This poor communication is why I am giving a low review. After 7 months on and off of trying to purchase parts from this company and not being allowed to prepay for the parts, I still have no parts and I have a bill for a restocking fee. For what ever reason they did not see it necessary to call me when the parts I had requested was at their location. From today forth my business will do business elsewhere!
