They cancelled flights during covid then said we dont offer refunds because it was the government that cancelled it. Then they disappeared without a refund. I followed up and they said we only give credit if you get back to us on time...apparently from mysterious non existing contact attempts. This behaviour for airasia is highly unethical.
Worst airline. Can’t even talk to their customer support person, no hotline number, can’t even get hold of them.

Worst airline you could possibly fly. Horrible customer service (they do not even have a phone number) their flights are heavily delayed. They treat people with a disability less than human. I will never fly with them again
Couldn't reach their customer service . I have an open case for refund which is more than 45 days old
Their website has been malfunctioning, could not purchase ticket using Google Chrome, Mozilla , finally had to use Edge (IE). When I finally paid , there was a incorrect name entered due to a error with their drop down menu. There was no way to correct and customer service basically told me too bad, tickets are not transferable irregardless of the cause. The problem was exasperated by their website glitch. They didn't care. Bad Customer Service, 0 consideration
