Food was hot and prepared well. Staff was friendly, and covid precautions were taken well into account. Solid eats!

So I have been here a handful of times. All since covid. When they were open for in person dining the service was mostly good and the food was good and fresh. Then we have ordered to go twice and the first time the food was well done we got the fish fry Friday and the fries and fish were so done and dry it was hard to cut it and eat. The next time we went for throwback Thursday. We had poor service from the lady taking our order. They had ran out of drinks to include with the meal. It took 30 minutes. Then the food was so over salted to eat. I would like to go back but probably won't until we can try the inside again.
The 12 oz New York strip did not even taste like real steak. It was some kind of glue meat. And get this, they know that I have complained to their corporate office before. They know that I used to be an avid red lobster fan. I'm talking an average of three or four times a month. But then they started having problems with their lobster. would you believe their response to what I said is what could we do or rather what could we have done to have made your experience better. they don't mention anything about making it right. when someone says that the steak tasted funny its only common sense and obvious that the meal needs to get replaced. and they made no such offer whatsoever which is only the common sense move anybody would make with that kind of a review and especially when it's a true review. if that was not glue meat then there was definitely something wrong with that sirloin New York strip of theirs. I am from Texas and I am a steak specialist. Trust me that did not even taste like steak
If you’re interested in tasteless seafood & unseasoned green beans and rice, welcome to Red Lobster. “Entree” proportions are smaller than sides & taste is definitely not worth my time or money. Never going back again!
Good service, excellent dine... drinks were surprisingly good.
