Great set up. Nico was recommended and is first class. I had at least a 30 min consult & treatment, then about an hour in the gym space working on specific stretches under supervision. Then an ice/compression, then a check out chat with Nico before I left. They followed by e-mailing me the stretch program. Very thorough. Appt was 90 which I feel to be great value.

Love that ice compressor machine! I had a surgery on my left knee and they helped me to recover. ACL and Meniscus tear from soccer.

What a great place!! They are friendly, organized, and really care about their clients. My therapist David, with 35 years of experience...so talented, and has such a great demeanor... and Megan who helps me in the gym is fantastic, as are the others. I feel so lucky after a terrible injury to be taken care of by the very best!

I have had a variety of sports injuries over the years, and to different Physio clinics in the Lower Mainland and Interior, and Lynn Valley Physio is definitely the best! Recently I had lower back fusion surgery, and tried everything to mitigate the pain and stiffness, specifically for golfing. David Harrington is amazing at listening to what you have to say, then a perfect plan and treatment. Also Steve Brannon working with me for IMS, and again the best around. The weight room and staff are also fantastic, and lastly kudo’s to the front desk staff, specifically Saskia. This is definitely the best Physio around!
