I found this spot close to where I was working and wanted to try it out. I ordered my food online of the curried chickpeas, rice and peas and cabbage with a side of festival. I also ordered 2 waters and it came to 14.61. The site said it would take 20 minutes til done. When I arrived I told the man I was picking up and it wasn't quite ready yet. The server was very nice. It took about another 10 minutes for the food to come out. I got my food and left. When I got in I ate and the food was just ok. I added hot sauce to add a little flavor to it. The festival was just ok as well. All in all I had a decent experience.

We tried the jerk chicken, because of our trips to Jamaica. It was great, like authentic Jamaican food! We came over from Utah to visit this place, because a friend recommended this place! Great food and great place! Definitely would come back when I am there!!!

Finally, after all this time I stopped into Lyndhurst Jerk & Gyro. Wow, I am glad I did. The service was good and the people were kind. I got my food quickly. I got the Steak gyro without sauce and my mom got the chicken platter. This steak gyro is amazing!! 10/10, this will be my new go to spot when I want something quick to eat. I now know what I've been missing out on. Go here, you won't regret it!

Great service. Very nice staff. The food can use way more seasonings. Definitely from the Tourist side of the island. Maybe cook the food in Kingston instead ) Here pictured is a jerk chicken kabab platter, stew chicken platter, jerk wings (which were the best out of everything) what they call rasta pasta w/ chicken, & festival.

This place is amazing. I’m not just saying that because I’m one of the owners :). It’s because I’m addicted to the food that Angela and Elvis cook in our kitchen and the other delicious grilled food that Larry makes. Definitely a must if you haven’t visited yet.

This is the spot I go to all year round with friends and family, the staff are super nice and friendly. And when I say they deliver they served up the best breakfast lunch specials and dinner in town. If you want authentic Jamaican food I think they brought the island definitely here in Lyndhurst, every time I set foot here with me and friends after work Elvis and Angie know we liking switching it up sweet chili salmon and escovitch snapper or the spicy shrimp A1
