Extremely pleased with workmanship and excellent service when we had our bed settee recovered. Would most certainly recommend them. We were kept informed at all times about progress and the work was completed and fitted in situ when and as agreed

Their workmanship is good and their prices are more than fair. However, their communications are deficient. The shop is not open predictable hours. They are reluctant to deliver a long way; which is fine if one could predict when the shop would be open and one could collect without making a special trip. I rang and asked to be rung back to arrange a collection time. I was not rung back. I have just failed to find out ROUGHLY when I can expect the shop to be open.
