I was having an issue with my sky roof not closing. I called the dealership very late in the day and everyone that I spoke with was AMAZINGLY positive and helpful! They even went out of their way to find a vehicle for me to rent so that I was able to get to work the next day. I will definitely be going back for all my car maintenance needs!

Decent experience- only went in for a service and was in/out in under an hour. However, I've owned other (high end) brand cars and when servicing my cars at other dealerships, it was nice to receive complimentary services such as a quick/easy courtesy car wash and interior vacuum. Those little extra customer service details really make the customer feel appreciated and say thank you for supporting our brand. I feel that Jeep should be more outgoing and show more appreciation to their customers. Also, the staff could be a bit more lively and hospitable, vs just treating customers as just another service ticket. I guess you get what you pay for and Jeep isn't a high end brand, so you don't get the high end service - shame though, since it's an American brand, you'd think you would get quality service.

I have always had great service with 495 Chrysler Jeep Dodge. They have serviced both of my PT Cruisers for the past 20 years. All the technicians are pleasant, polite and honest; service is always excellent. Except for one bad ew\ battery (which was promptly replaced), I am fully satisfied with the staff and service from this establishment.
