I wasn't very happy with the service, I had received no email about my order, no dispatch email or text either and on top of that my package was delivered to the wrong door number, if it hadn't been for my neighbours honesty, I would not have had my package. However on more of a positive note, love, love , love the items, they are good quality as of so far and stunning! So the 2 stars are for the overall experience.

Many of their semi-precious stones are dyed/treated and yet they describe them as natural. I would actually consider buying treated ones but I can’t trust this company. They are not transparent enough for me. It’s a shame

Terrible service and very low quality. They sent us the wrong beads, and tried to accuse us of lying when we called to complain. Even the MD, Joanna Lockwood, couldn't give a toss- very rude and unprofessional. No effort to make it right. After six emails and two phone calls to correct the order, it wasn't worth all the pain. Don't bother ordering from them.

Well presented and prompt but found different coding on items different to order codes which made it a little more complicated. Some of the labels had fallen off completely. Would use again.
