After 3 visits to this place and receiving amazing service, i dont think i could go to another Urgent Care. 3 visits for 3 different reasons and interacted with several staff members each time and they were outstanding each time. Kudos to the staff.

Great experience!! Very friendly staff, great service. The Urgent Care At Vermont services same as doctor, and shorter wait than . In and out in an hour and ten minutes, cost of office visit with my insurance. Actually prefer entire experience over my regular practitioner!

Two receptionists were not wearing masks!! And another receptionist had their nose sticking out! This was over the course of an hour and they were not eating or drinking. Even if all three have “immunity”, the jury is still out on how long it lasts AND it’s against the law to be inside a business without a mask on. Wildly unprofessional, especially for an urgent care where people are coming in with undiagnosed illnesses and covid testing. They also tried to charge me and were not very cooperative when I told them I owed 0 because I had already reached my out of pocket maximum for the year. When I told the receptionist she could call the insurance company she scoffed at me and said *i don’t do that*... so I called the insurance company myself and had them call her to explain. She shut up after that. I highly recommend skipping this place.
