I called 111 because of my baby sister, she has a rash. For the first 30 minutes I was being asked questions about Coronavirus symptoms and then for another 20, the consultant put me on hold and then came back just to let me know that a doctor will call me within an hour.
2.5 hours and gave up, got GP appointment whilst day waiting. Very confusing department with 4 separate services. Can't hear names called due to noise
Had need for emergency care they were fantastic within 2 hours they had sorted my problem and got me a bed on a ward all the nurses and doctors were fantastic
I’ve been here 5 hours at the “E&A” and still waiting to see the doctor. This shouldn’t be like this
Call in today 8am out by 10am so in all not that back but great staff in all but some people just so rude only doing a job
