the only reason I gave it one star is because i don't see an option for zero my wife and I did our taxes in feb we have not recieve our refund yet it has been 5 months allready I cant seem to get hold of an agent the prompt machine is useless
02/18/2020 --- IRS in Los Angeles and Long Beach, CA was extremely helpful while residing in homeless shelter in Los Angeles, Ca \NEW IMAGE\. Near SKID ROW. They need recognitions for their complicate job. Often unappreciated. Again thanks to the IRS during my difficult time as a homeless person involving ID THEFT. Never had problems with IRS. Unless someone again using ID unauthorized to pay their debts! Communicate with IRS directly which does improve communication. Good luck.
