These movers are complete scam artists. We read the original reviews and told the representative that we were concerned and he said that the reviews were for a different local mover and that they get that all the time. They assured us that we had a binding estimate based on an estimate weight of 14000 pounds but once we were halfway packed and loaded, they said we owed more money and forced us to sign something that said the old binding estimate is null and void and that our stuff was more like 23000lbs. They also said we had a very large volume of stuff. Once we got our stuff unloaded, we found out that they had left 800 cubic feet of void at the back that we couldn’t see when they were loading. We also got the weight tickets for our dedicated truck from the driver and it was only 12000 pounds (less that the original estimate) and we were charged for 24000 pounds. They threatened to take our stuff to storage and charge us 6000 more if we didn’t pay for it in full when our stuff arrived. I can’t say enough bad things about this company. Don’t let their great customer service before you sign fool you!!! They are totally unresponsive and unreliable! Worst people I have ever dealt with!!

I just used them for my long distance move Texas to New York. They were diligent during the transportation process, which was a large priority to me since I had many valuable, irreplaceable things that needed to safely be transported. They used everything in their arsenal to ensure a smooth transition. Now my things are moved into my new home safe and accounted for. This is also a very affordable long distance moving service. They are very accountable and maintain the same level of customer service and productivity throughout the entirety of the move. I strongly recommend them for your moving needs.

It was a long distance move, and yet, nothing was broken or damaged. Their rates are also super affordable, which endeared them more to me. The team designed a customized move for me, the crew was extremely professional, and expert at getting all of my stuff where it needed to be. There were no hidden costs as well. Loved that!
