Have been with this practice for a while now. A dentist, Colum, who is no longer at the practice, removed a molar, assuring me that I would be approved for a bridge because it was \in my smile line\ - I would have never have agreed to the removal otherwise. It was refused and I've had nothing but trouble with that side of my mouth since. I put in a complaint and hear nothing back. I'd another dentist tell me she thought \The Conservatives were doing a great job\ during a brief conversation we had - I asked to be changed to another dentist - I started seeing Rosie (who is a great dentist). Because of extreme jaw and ear pain I phoned for an emergency appointment a few weeks ago, I was seen by the lady who is a big fan of the Conservatives! - I was told I'd be back in around 2 weeks for a follow up appointment and told I would get a text reminder (they weren't giving out the little paper reminders) - this morning I phoned to check in case the appointment was this morning, I was told that the systems were down and there was no way to check. I mentioned that I was told I would receive a text and wasn't given a reminder slip. I was told \The texts are a curosity and its your responsiblity to make sure you make your appointment\! - Poor attitude towards customers and if their system is down and they have no back up plan - how are they going to know who as an appointment this morning?......I'll be moving dentist once this pandemic ends....Update: I got a ring back giving me 35 minutes notice that the appointment was this morning - there were no buses I could get so I rang back and said I would be around 10 minutes late - I was told I may have 5 minutes \grace\ - so I told Erin to cancel the appointment (the jaw issue isn't resolved, I'll just have to live with it!). Extremely poor service. As I said, Rosie is great, its the other things that don't make it a good experience.

I'm a very nervous patient and have been seen by Kiera who is excellent. I was made to feel so comfortable right away and made aware of everything she was doing and always making sure I was comfortable and happy for her to continue. Completely pain free with no discomfort. Thank you.
