Max and the team provided and fantastic knowledgeable service from start to finish, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Max’s advice and guidance at the purchase stage was superb, They processed the order and ensured all parts were correct, even contacting me before it was placed to make sure everything was correct. Paul did an awesome job at installing a rather difficult stove and Daniel came back a few days after the install to repair a chip in the stone work and did a fantastic job. Will certainly be getting my fuel from them over the years.
Just had a new gas fire and surround fitted. Our third fire from Westcombes over the years. We are really pleased. Great service from Max, Daniel and the team and first class installation from Donovan.
Max and his team were brilliant from start to finish. Max knows everything there is to know about fireplaces. He patiently talked us through all of the options and his team were incredibly professional and personable when fitting everything in place. I couldn't recommend them more.
