What a lovely shoe shop! The staff were so friendly and very helpful. They went the extra mile to make sure all three boys were happy with their shoes. Highly recommend this shop!!

Very unpleasant young women shop assistant , pretending to be the owners daughter, lying straight into my face, when discovered, no apology whatsoever, or a sign of discomfort. A sad experience, i don't think I would want to submit myself to such a treatment again. Yes, if there was a zero, that's what I would give this shop for the human interaction, 0!

Regular shopper at their store due to excellent range and service. However this time they surpassed themselves...called them from Dubai as in desperate need for shoes for my daughter...the lovely David handled the query efficiently, popped into the Post Office within minutes to check the shipping costs, and the shoes were dispatched the same day! Needless to say excellent service

The most awful place I could ever think of. Wow! The manager is shockingly inhumane. A struggling screenwriter he is, I advise you put a hold on the sided passion and focus on rewriting your contracts for your employees, and begin focusing on the well-being of the store if you truly want your shop to survive on the one leg it currently stands up on. Shouting at your employees is not the way...I’d like you to get back from Hollywood and try sell a pair of your overpriced plimsolls yourself.
