I had a relatively good experience at this store and since they had so many bad reviews and economical times ate rough for everybody, here is a good review. The manager is indeed a bit rough in her manners, however she will act fairly in case you request or ask for something. The first time one of the lady helped me bring my packages to the car, not the second time though, but it was 0 degree outside so I can understand. It's a store I would say with the typical friendliness of the french salesperson, unexpected if it exists, so do not wish for a luxury store treatment. They are however qualified and experienced in their advices when you ask them. The manager did not yell at her employees in front of me, maybe a sign of progress.

We've been going to this one for a year plus and love it. The owner is an incredibly kind and sweet lady, and the items sold are great quality.
An expensive kids store with generally high quality products and nice customers service. Note though that most of the staff speak only French. Usually I was always able to find there what I was looking for.

Meilleure expérience client ! Beaucoup de choix. La responsable et les vendeurs sont au top ! On revient avec plaisir pour acheter tout ce dont on a besoin.
La gérante n'est pas très avenante et plutôt dure avec ses employées , les faisant passé pour des incapables devant les clients . Pourtant ce sont bien ses employés qui conseillent (plutôt bien) et accueillent les clients .. Ménagez-les Je donne 3* de moyenne mais le management vaut 1* et les employées 4* pour leur disponibilité et leur conseils
