I thought purchasing your first car was supposed to be an exciting experience. I found the car online and contacted the dealer. The sales representative was very kind on the phone and helped me close the deal. He was probably the only decent part of it all. Upon arrival the car was not out front as promised. The plates were not installed. The setup of the vehicle was incomplete -I paid for the navigation package and am not interested in becoming a technician and installing the software myself, I expect everything ready. My winter mats which should have been ordered and installed for delivery were late. The car WAS NOT detailed. All the swirls and scratches from the factory and the marks from the adhesive were still on the car. I work in the auto industry and all new vehicles are given even a basic polish to remove scratches and imperfections. This was not done, instead it was quickly washed and brought to me dripping wet in -22 degree weather. As for the delivery, well there wasn't one. I was handed the keys, told to call if I need anything and that was that. That is not a new car delivery. Used car lots offer a better experience. I reached out day of delivery regarding the scratches and am still yet to receive word back, one week later. Probably would have had better reception if I had bought a Dodge or Chrysler product however since it was a Fiat, it seemed of no concern to anyone. This is unacceptable and frankly the only reason this isn't one or zero stars is because of the kindness on the phone, setting up the deal.

I had a pretty great experience from the sales team at Oxford Dodge. From the initial search for the vehicle that would fit all my needs being a new mom, up to me picking up my brand new 2021 Jeep Cherokee Sport! I even got a great offer for my trade in. I already know how indecisive I can be with a bigger purchase but they were very knowledgeable and patient with the who process! I have already recommended to family and friends for their future car needs!

Very positive experience, my first time ever taking my vehicle to a dealership for warranty work plus I did not purchase the vehicle from them but they treated me like a returning regular customer. Kyle the service advisor I dealt with went above and beyond what I expected from squeezing me in on short notice due to the severity of the problem then coming in early to get my truck into the system and arranging a ride for me to and from college on time. Kyle was off when the truck was done and another advisor Lori was able to pick up when he left off and answered all my questions and took very good care of me as well. Great communication, customer service and overall experience start to finish.

Al the sales person was great! He found just the right vehicle to suit my needs. They have a huge inventory..so much to choose from. The business office was fantastic too. Helped me get all my papers signed and made sure I understood everything. Now my husband wants to trade in his car! Very professional A business. I picked the red one!!
