I did an MRI of the knee in this clinic and received 3 completely different reports. Now GP doctors do not know what to do with these reports and whether to treat me at all.

MRI Plus- Hendon, exceeded my expectations with their attention to detail and genuine care for their patients. Given the recent circumstances with staff being furloughed, and different government guidelines for safe practice, they are managing incredibly well and are still going above and beyond for their patients. I can highly recommend them and would not think twice about booking to go again if needed.

I went for my open MRI to Hendon due to claustrophobia and general anxiety. The radiographer was kind, understanding and patient. She slowly let the machine come towards my head. But despite trying several times, I had to ask it stop. I felt very embarrassed but she was so reassuring. She then sent in Carolina who held my hand and we talked about all sorts of things. Her manner was so soothing, it immediately relaxed me. I cannot thank them enough for their patience and kindness. If it wasn't for that I would not havebeen able to go through with it. This is the best service in a clinical setting I've ever had. I recommend them highly for their expertise with people who are anxious or claustrophobic. I even made a new friend in Carolina. Thank you. I wish the NHS would learn from this team.

I I was in this clinic today, the staff was excellent, everything there was excellent in cleanliness, 5-star service. The scanner was very different from the hospital I was in before, I was suffering from anxiety but today I felt very confortable. A big thumbs up
