Olga was a darling and made me comfortable during a procedure I had not undergone before. She was very professional and explained each process so I could be ready and calm for it and I am very thankful as I am very anxious about medical procedures in general.
This facility is AWESOME. The staff here are very friendly, courteous, polite, & patient. They do NOT rush you and are very thorough with explaining the procedures & making sure that you are comfortable BEFORE they began the procedure. I would highly recommend this particular facility for any radiological needs.
I’ve been here for two ultrasounds and the overall facility and staff are great. Like others mentioned it’s very clean, the staff were nice, and a very short wait. The only thing I disliked, is that it’s very uncomfortable to see everything on the screen. It’s a very exciting moment and both technicians I had, didn’t even bother to turn the screen for me to see. The technicians were on my right side, facing the opposite way as me. I have been to places such as Rush where they actually have a small screen directly I front of you, so you don’t have to lay there and turn your neck the whole time.
Very helpful! The Dr. was excellent and thoroughly explained the entire Procedure. The Technician was professional and very careful. The desk staff was welcoming, Funny, and nice. The Hawthorne Imaging staff made me comfortable and happy, even during an MRI. Many Thanks to them!
