Booked a cab to and from the airport. The first ride was good, and even though I called before our return flight; they missed the second flight. Returning very tired after a long flight; the driver was half an hour away. Unreliable.

Great service, I called at 5am on sunday morning as my train was cancelled to the airport! They had a cab with me in 5minutes (even at that time) and got me to the airport just in time! I found them very professional and the driver was friendly! I forgot to get a receipt and they even emailed me one 1 days later! Great cab company!
very fast after calling many different cab offices matrix cars was the only that got me a cab within 5 minutes of calling them, very good prices and great people and drivers would recommend anyone in ealing common
The worst customer service ever... I strongly recommend to not to get it from this people if you are in rush... Not reliable at all... ALL THE GOOD COMMENTS ARE THE STAFF.. We have been informed the taxi will be there in 20 minutes. Instead the car was showed up 45 mins late even through he was informed that its urgent in two block away... Even the automated text the send you is meant to miss inform you to not to get the taxi from someone else. VERY POOR, EVEN THE MANAGER DIDN'T CARE WHEN I COMPLAINED.
