Terrible company Poor service Car booked hour and a half in advance and still arrived 15minutes late the receptionist only prepared to offer a 1 refund. I will never use this company again as the response to being late was not sincere they had no interest in the customer and the fact that my mum would now be late to her appointment. This company does not care about the needs of their customers and when they do wrong they are not prepared to make it right.
Over charged! I filled in the details online for a Gatwick pick up for my daughter and 5 cases, I( had previously done the same trip with 3 people and 4 cases and was charged 50) The quote said 48 which I expected to be higher as the driver has to park. When they got home the driver charged 70. We have used Haydens cars for years and years but that was our last journey. Shockingly over priced! I phone them afterwards but they never got back to me.
Always honest, friendly, and reliable.
I have never had a bad experience. I use Haydon's Cars for airport trips when I need to be absolutely certain that I will be picked up on time. I use the phone app to make bookings, although this didn't work this week. It was quickly rectified when I followed up with them. I was met this morning from LHR by a very nice, smart driver in a spotlessly clean car.
