Fitted a new fireplace into an old opening in the flat. Scott was excellent in providing suitable options and talking through the pros and cons (and very patient with my indecision!). Fitting team were professional and friendly and after sales care was flawless - so much so I organised for them to fit a new fireplace for my Dad too! Highly recommended.

We had Jordan come and complete servicing for 2 gas fires and a chimney sweep. A complete professional, very polite, provided great advice and did a brilliant job. Would not hesitate to recommend. UPDATE - The following day 1 of the fires did not work, however to get the company to come again and fix it has been very difficult. Not returning calls and after daily chasing 1.5 weeks later we still have a fire that does not work. I have now revised my rating due to this. Currently not impressed at all. FURTHER UPDATE - I feel your response is inaccurate. We have not been told that we need additional parts from the manufacturer. We have been asked to pay another 99 for a sweep which should have been covered in the first visit; and told this may or may not solve our problem. We have been talking to Melissa where the service received as been very poor. We would appreciate a call from a manager to resolve our non-working fire.

Really helpful. I think we bought a fireplace from them 10 years ago. We had some marks on our hearth - probably water stains, see photos, and they gave some great advice on how to get rid of the marks and sold me some slate sheen that made the hearth look like new. Thanks - great service!

This will be the third property now that the team at Enviro Flame have carried out work on for us, from surveys, sweeps, installations and just unbiased professional advice. The owner went out of his way to personally deliver a solid fuel kit as it was needed urgently. A company that is an absolute pleasure to deal with, from start to finish. Highly recommended.

There were some delays from the supplier due to COVID but the installation by George and Dave was friendly, efficient and very quick. Great job. The fire itself looks great and is adding some much-needed warmth.
