My dog recently had surgery here. From the very beginning the team have been nothing short or amazing. From the initial consultation, the surgery and all of the follow up appointments it has been so professional and caring. All of the staff are great, so friendly to us and our dog Tank. Tank actually likes going to the vet now! Dragos was brilliant and we are so grateful to him for everything he, Georgina and Honey did for us. I would highly recommend this practice. Thank you so much.

I can’t recommend Dragos and the team enough. My puppy Lolly has had a few trips to the vets recently and she always wags her tail the whole time she is there! As new puppy parents they have been so welcoming and reassuring, outstanding service and such a great team

*Edited as service improved greatly : Dragos the vet and most staff are really nice and care for the animals. It is usually quick to get an appointment. The vet gives you good explanations to help decide the next steps. Only downside is that consults are spaced 10min apart so they are very busy and can have some delays in attending you or calling back. Some products are extremely expensive (36 against 6 in drugstore). Covid safety measure : you will wait outside whilst they take the animal in. The vet or nurse will come tall to you outside.
