I was impressed and as the President of a Pet Safety Organization, that's not easy to do! From the animals themselves, to enrichment, animal husbandry, stock & storage, their emergency preparation was on point! Knowledge and connected with our state companies. Before the wolf santuary, with her degree as a psychologist at Long Beach Veterans hospital, Dr. Lorin used birds in her programs. Fast forward many years and you have LAR. There was a TV program that profiled her work also does with Wolves and Warriors. I do not watch TV so I have not seen it. But I saw some photos showing her husband at the time front and center. Some I guess are born to play that role. Don't get me wrong for those that don't possess that quality, those people are needed. And even can be our balance. But to run the day to day, month to years, operation I saw. Takes a dedicated woman with the heart the size of a wolf itself!!!

We are always looking for family oriented series to watch because we have grandchildren. The series Wolves and Warriors is excellent. It teaches us all to have an open mind for people and animals then have been through a rough road in life. We would recommend this series to everyone.

As a combat disabled Vietnam Vet and a GREAT LOVER OF ALL CRITTERS K9, these good folks and their missions could not be closer to my heart and soul! Happy to share my love and some as well! BLESS 'EM ALL ! The more I interact with these good people the more I like them! If I lived 2000 miles closer I'd likely become a volunteer..or a nuisance !!! :-) Happy New Year to LARC.

LARC IS AMAZING! Thank you so much! I just finished watching Season 1 series on Animal Planet. I shed a lot of tears, especially watching episode 7, my heart about exploded! I even had to take a break before finishing. I am so grateful for LARC and what it is doing for the wolves and veterans. I hope to visit the facility (if possible) one day and give my thanks in person!
