I had an amazing customer experience and as someone who specializes in improving the buyer's experience, I was blown away by how well looked after I was. I had a problem with my ABS and for the life of me, couldn't work out what the problem was and so I contacted LMR to see if they could run a diagnostic. I couldn't make it for my first appointment as I had Covid. LMR called as I had missed my appointment and when I told them my situation, they were incredibly understanding and took the time to ask me how I was feeling. When I attended the diagnostic, I was greeted with a warm welcome. It didn't take long for them to use their expertise and diagnose the problem and even ordered the part for me on same day which wasn't an easy task as the part was hard to find. The next day, they fitted the part in no time at all and as it was such a quick job, didn't come at an extra cost either. Highly recommend LMR Auto Electrics!

Explained the problem over the phone, booked in within 2 days and in just under an hour had found the reason for the problem, fixed it and tested it several times. Effecient, honest and very meticulous. Have no problems in recommending LMR to others. If in the future I have other electrical issues this is the go to place for me.
