DO NOT PICK THIS GARAGE - I WAS VERY CAREFUL ON SELECTING MY CAR GARAGE TO GET A REPAIR DONE. I DECIDED TO GO WITH A RAC APPROVED GARAGE AND COMPLETELY REGRET IT. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE HOWEVER PLEASE SEE BELOW ON THE DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE SEATS AND LOOK AT THE EMAIL WHICH I STILL HAVE NOT GOT A REPLY OR EVEN AN APOLOGY FOR OVER 2 MONTHS. THE BLAME WAS SHIFTED ONTO SEVERAL OF THE WORKES BY THE OWNER, BUT NO BODY ACCEPTED THE DAMAGE WAS THEIR FAULT EVEN THOUGH IT. PLEASE SEE EMAIL BELOW TO SEE FULL STORY.

I don't know anything about cars and the staff were very friendly and took the time to explain what was going to happen. I was very happy with the service they provided and will definitely be going to them for my MOT
My daughter was caught out by new lockdown rules and could not get home and I needed to get an MOT sorted within 48 hours, these guys came through and the very next day it was sorted, the car would of failed initially but they dropped everything to fix it for us. I cannot thank you enough for the excellent service. Top garage and very well priced. I thoroughly recommend them.
Car doesn't start this morning and goes into major electrical meltdown. RAC come out and, to their credit, clear fault and get it started. Diagnosed dead battery and wanted 150 for new battery and fit. I called Derby Auto Electrical and they said they could take a look at it and fit battery of required. I take it to them and they confirm battery is flat but tell me to run the car and charge battery. The best businesses are those that only sell you something when you need it. The least I can do is leave this review.
Really good service. I now have my 'go to' garage, and will be having my service and MOT with them going forward.
