HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I went to see Laura due to fact my shoulder ball joint had locked in place and the movement of my arm had reduced by more than 50% and was incredibly painful! After the first session with Laura I began to get slight movement in it, we persevered having 2 sessions a week for 4 weeks due to the severity of it . Laura has magic hands I am sure as I now almost, have full movement! Amazing. I will continue to see Laura on a weekly basis until we hit 100% and will then run a monthly maintenance course due to my job being so physically challenging. Laura's knowledge and skill is exceptional and she also makes you feel at ease during the massage, which for me was quite important. I would highly recommend Laura!

Excellent! Laura has excellent knowledge about sports injuries and how best to enable your recovery with sports massage. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience not only from her degree and courses but through her coaching of various sporting activities, this enables her to really understand how best to approach what you need. Extremely professional, highly recommend!
