Good welcome and parking was secure and service good. The problem came on the transfer to and from the airport. Both drivers were utterly crazy without a care for the customers. The last thing we wanted on a short transfer was to be thrown around a van travelling 3 times the speed limit, pulling out on cars and screeching around corners! Our shock was that this wasn't just one way, but happened on the return journey too. We wouldn't use this parking again purely for this reason. Luckily we were travelling as a couple but we usually holiday with two children and I don't believe this would change either driving manor! We have reported this incident and I hope the company take note of this review before the drivers seriously injure or even kill there customers!!

Avoid this company, that is my advice. I have used airport car parking for family holidays for 13 years, twice a year and never have I been treated so badly. This company failed to turn up to collect my family on the confirmed date, as stated on our E-Mail confirmation. An apology would have been nice and a refund of the extra we paid for the Meet'n'greet service, but they have denied wrongdoing because the drop off driver 'apparently' verbally confirmed the wrong date with me and I 'apparently' agreed. This conversation did not occur as he was busy selling us a car valet at 30. Very poor customer service all round, I would never take a chance on using this company again, I want to make sure I can travel home at 2am with 3 children as planned!!!!

One star is a very generous score: Had we reviewed this solely on the journey from APL to the airport, we would rate it higher, as the outgoing driver was courteous, safe and took great care and attention to help with one of our party with mobility issues. Sadly didn't get this drivers name. On the return journey we had a different driver who was, in no uncertain terms, appalling. He was rude when we called him to pick us up, was more concerned with getting out the pick up car park as quick as possible, told us that two of us had to walk because he'd be 'breaking the law to fit 8 of us in the vehicle' - despite the fact the exact same vehicle dropped us off and had 9 seats. He then made a snarky comment about 'needing three people' to lift a suitcase well under the 18kg baggage allowance which had been lifted on and off the vehicle by a 14 year old child on the outbound journey. As one of the party told to walk to the car park on his insistance that he 'would absolutely not break the law' by taking us, he drove half of the journey then admitted there was actually space for us after all (in the two unoccupied seats in the car he apparently didn't see or know about) but he 'could not stop' as he 'risked getting a fine'. If you do have the misfortune to be forced into parking your car here and can walk 200m to the terminal yourself, do so; at least nobody patronises or lies to you on the way.
