The quality of the bi fold doors I had fitted in my extension is fantastic i can even say they are a BENTLEY class. Thank you so much. From start to finish this company gave us great confidence in their ability to supply and fit one of the most important finishes to our kitchen extension. From the first appointment we had at the unit to the chap that came out to the house and then finally to the guys who came to fit the doors, they were an amazing team and did a truly fantastic job. We were really impressed with the knowledge and advice provided by staff at Lite Haus UK Coventry branch. We designed the extension ourselves and had a vision which included some corner glazing. Lite Haus UK really understand how their products work and were able to explain and help us visualise this in our drawings, which really helped discussions with our structural engineer and builder. We are really impressed with our sliding doors. They slide effortlessly and we love the fact that they can be locked at any location, to facilitate natural ventilation. We opted for low-e glazing which we really recommend. Despite having a large area of glazing, the room temperature is always ideal, as heat can not transmit in or out through the glazing. Customer service at Lite Haus was always fantastic. We have two young children who had to tag along. Staff were really patient and understanding and had a great stash of colouring books that kept the kids entertained :-) We can't recommend Lite Haus UK enough!
I would highly recommend LiteHaus and have given them 5 stars. Through each step of the process they were faultless. The were easy to get hold of to arrange appointments and discuss plans, and we were able to visit the factory and understand the processes. The actual installation was carried out to a high standard, the workmen were great! Really efficient and explained the after care really well. Finally, the customer service team are second to none. I contacted them recently 2 years after the first contact as I had lost my warranty and needed it for my house sale. The team sent it to me in minutes and also followed up with a hard copy in the post which really helped to speed up my house sale/solicitor process. Thank you very much!
