These professionals have taken the hustle and guess work out of getting a massage in Lisbon. We walked in sans reservation on a weekday afternoon and were able to book a 1 hour Therapeutic massage without having to wait. The installations are cozy, soothing and very clean. The massage therapist were multilingual, great at their job and charming. Relax, you can do it!

This place is magical. Literally felt transported away from the city and into a relaxing oasis as soon as I stepped into this little gem of a place! Beautiful relaxing decor, clean and smelt wonderful. The staff are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met so kind, friendly and genuinely caring I cannot praise them highly enough ️ I visited with a friend as we were holidaying in Lisbon and had just had a busy day walking around Sintra - both opting for the Thai oil massage which was an absolute dream. It was my friends first ever massage and she literally felt reborn after wards it was that good! 100% recommend visiting this place if in Lisbon, it’s the best massage I’ve ever had and the staff are so professional and lovely. This has got to be the best 30 euros I have spent while in Lisbon. My foot massage was so relaxing, it felt like my feet had gone to heaven. They do provide many different types of massage. I also have to mention the staff who are very welcoming and friendly. Please visit when in Lisbon, I promise you won't regret it!
I've been to Terra Heal more than a handful of times and each time I walk out feeling better and better. From the moment you're greeted you feel welcome and the energy of this place is enchanting. They offer all ranges of massages and treatments for your needs. They offer complimentary teas, ginger shots and water. The place is clean, beautiful and organised. I wouldn't go anywhere else as they have everything you need. 10/10 experience. I'm obsessed.
Was looking for a special place to celebrate our birthdays, my sister and I celebrate on the same day, being born 3yrs apart. It was beyond my expectations. Soo grateful to have found this oasis. I’ve just come from a deep tissue massage and I feel a few million times better. I tend to store stress in my shoulders and neck, and since leaving, I feel really happy and relaxed for the first time in a very long while. It was incredibly painful but it needed to be! I don’t have the pleasure of living in Portugal but this little massage place is a big reason to reconsider! Thank you so much!!
Ines gave me one of the best massages I have ever had. I get massages often, and she really was top notch. She really knew the body and seemed to do energy work too.
Excellent 40 minute neck, back, shoulder massage for 35 euro. Really nice ambience and staff. Highly recommended.
