My daughter cancelled her trip to Lisbon at the height of the pandemic. The city's health system was completely collapsed, patients were being referred first to other cities in Portugal, then abroad. Silvia was not helpful at all and refuses to refund the deposit, 440. I find this attitude totally unsupportive during these hard times for everyone.

My trip to Portugal was sadly canceled, and I wasn’t able to experience life at Shelter 10. Silvia was very attentive and always ready to help through the process. When our program was officially canceled Silvia returned the deposite in a speedy fashion. I hope to stay with them once the pandemic is over.
Great place to stay in Lisbon! I had an amazing time at the Shelter. The house and rooms are very nice, clean and spacious. The house had been recently renovated and all equipment was new. My roommates were lovely and also with the other tenants in the building we had a good relationship. Silvia is a super friendly host and would help me with any type of questions I have. Definitely recommend staying here for your semester abroad!
Wonderful stay! I spent one semester At Shelter and everything was perfect. The room was new, clean, spacious and sunny. The location is strategic, close to the supermarket and 10 minutes walking from the tube station. Silvia Was extremely Helpful with the accommodation. I would recommend it to anyone!
Best student residence in Lisbon. Best location, close to the metro, supermarket and gyms. I felt super safe. The apartment is all renovated, all new and clean. I've made a lot of friends with people of all nationalities. It was a fantastic experience!!!!!
I stayed in Shelter10 during my erasmus semester and everything was great. The house is well equipped and renewed. You have everything you need, sheets for your bed, kitchenware to cook, washing machine for laundry etc. Rooms are really clean and has lots of light during the day. Silvia was a perfect owner. Whenever we have a problem at home she was always available and helped us to solve them! Bonus: you can make great friendships since the building has 5-6 student flats

As an international student, more than 10 thousand kilometres away from home, accomdamation is quite important! And that's why I met Shelter 10, a second home aborad.I spent one semester here and I had made a lot of international friends, I call them Shelter 10 family! The room was new, well furnitured, clean, and sunny. The most important, its strategic location, which gives you access to the supermarket like CONTINENTE, MINI PREÇO and metro station Picoas within 10 minutes walk. Besides, it's truly located in the centre of the city, and you can hang out to visit the most famous tourist places by foot and late at night, just enjoy a tipical Portuguese fado show at Alfama without worrying about the way to be back. Silvia is quite warm hearted and helps me a lot. So be active to join in the Shelter 10 family, hahaha that will be always the best choice to live and study in Lisbon!
