I happened to be in Lisbon during their 60% sale in January and made an appointment. They called me two days before to have a little chat and to get a better idea about what I was looking for. The appointment was super nice and the whole experience made me feel like I’m on the “yes to the dress” show. The staff made me, my mom and my made of honor feel very welcomed. The store is absolutely beautiful, the dresses are exquisite and the ladies helping us were very kind and patient. They also reminded me about the opportunity to get the tax on the dress back and helped me get all the info and documents for it. I got 114 back that I didn’t even think about! Great experience all in all.

Not very good customer service. The staff seemed judgemental and kept pushing dresses I didn't like. I felt like I cant try more dresses because I was almost kicked out. I understand you have a limit and need other brides to try out dresses but when I am planning to spend 2000 euros for a dress and up I expect more.

I liked it there ! My sis was looking to a wedding dress for her, but when I compare to other places, I just felt it was too much business contact, I would prefer to have more a \friend\ welcome. But in general good service and awesome dresses!
