Thoroughly disappointed. After placing a deposit on a car and being told it would be held for me until the weekend when I was available to pick it up, I received a phone call the day before to say the car had been sold!!! Absolutely fuming. They kept my money for 5 days and yet sold the car anyway. The man I was dealing with had very little knowledge and was very unprofessional. I will not be getting a car from here and certainly do not recommend.

Purchased a car 6 weeks ago. Unfortunately there was a problem with the passenger window motor. Nothing that could have been predicted. Rang them up to book the car in, soonest slot was in 3 days time which was perfect as that was my next day off. Dropped the car off and the service was fantastic. Guys on the service desk were knowledgable and friendly. Car was fixed in the promised timescale and was even valeted! Best service I've received whilst using manufacture warranty.

I called to make an appointment to have the radiator replaced, my vehicle had developed a fault on my journey and at the time I was 3 miles from the garage, the receptionist said the person I needed to talk to was unavailable but she would get someone to call me back, this never happened and so delayed my repair for several days whilst I found a garage that could help. The service I received was way below that which I would expect from a main dealership, needless to say I will not be returning.

Not the greatest experience by a long way. 1. I can understand vehicles can go wrong so this it not a reflection of the manafacurer who I would assume would be pretty shocked at the level of customer service here. 2. 'We will get someone to call you right back'. Heard this one at least 3 times with no call back. Answer the phone!! 3. Vehicle has been in a number of times for the same problem and the blame always gets shoved on to someone else. As a customer, we do not care whose fault it is. We want it fixed... And maybe check before you give it back? 4. If a customer has been in several times requesting a vehicle to be fixed and it still isnt done properly...why would you not show some great customer service and maybe offer them a replacement vehicle for the day? Maybe it's not just this dealership but where has the good customer service gone? Why is it when it comes to buying a car its all sunshine and rainbows but you show no effort to actually maintain loyal customers? I am honestly appalled by some places when people spend good money to take it back to the main dealer and get treated like rubbish. Shame on you. I actually can't think of a good experience I have had here.
