I have been going to Leah Root for 5 plus years to have my hair cut and colored. EVERY TIME, she will not let me leave her chair until she knows I am completely satisfied and happy with my hair. You can also have a glass of wine, coffee, water, or even tea for free while there. Best customer service goes for the entire staff hair done 4/2/19
