I stayed three fabulous nights here over Easter. Location is excellent. My wife and I enjoyed massages, drinks and food in the lounge and took advantage of the pool. We also used the mountain bikes to explore narrow neck. We managed to do a lot plus relax over a short period of time. Rooms were gorgeous. Would definitely stay here again. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Awesome customer service. Great food. We had the high tea for 2 and it was delicious. The sausage rolls at the high tea and scones were the best bit. The chai tea was a little weaker than I'm used to but still tasty. The champagne was also soooooo good. We forgot to ask what it was from drinking so much of it.

The hotel and the staffs were great, we enjoyed our short stay so much. For a 5 stars hotel, I would like to expect a bit more even during the busy school holiday time though!! 1. The room and public areas are clean and tidy but just lacking wow factors. 2. Breakfast area is small and packed with school holiday families so it felt very rushed and noisy. I came with young children too but if you want quiet holiday avoid the breakfast package. I love hotel breakfast so much so breakfast is one of the most important points for me! 3. I booked via their website for the dog package. The booking page is confusing as even i booked from their dog room package page, it brings back to the main page and I was booking a normal king bed room without noticing the link redirected me to a wrong room booking. So be careful what package includes what. I imagine it would be much better hotel in quiet seasons. The location is super and walk distance to the 3 sisters, but no view from the hotel. Overall a good hotel to stay!

I absolutely loved my aromatherapy massage. I immediately bought my sister a gift voucher for her birthday. You get to use the sauna, spa, steam room and swimming pool too. You can stay as long as you like afterwards. I'm definitely going back. I can't wait! The staff are really lovely and they give you a lovely relaxing herbal tea. I felt like a queen!

Had another lovely trip up to Lilianfels. Was lucky with the weather on a couple of days so sat by the pool. I would say that they probably need to be able to provide more in the way of snacks for those not wanting a full on room service experience. We tried to get some something small to eat later on in the absence of a mini bar (due to covid-19 which is totally understandable) and they didn't have anything. Also we have an absolutely amazing meal in Darley's. Credit to the Head Chef there. Was really very good. The table staff themselves seemed a little inexperienced and not super attentive but overall a great experience. Will be back.

This hotel has great facilities and class. Went here with my family and we have a young baby they were happy to accommodate us with a high chair in the room for all the room service we ordered. Hotel was clean had a heated in door and out door pool. Room service dinner was a bit of a miss, didn't have a few simple things we asked for but room service breakfast was excellent. Food was on point and delicious. Shout out to the outstanding staff Joan from the Bar/Restaurant who was excellent and very professional, she should get a promotion and a raise! Naman from front desk as very friendly too and Alana from room service breakfast was also great at her job and professional.

Very well located. Public areas very sophisticated. Room nice but not special. Food good but expensive. Overall 4 star.

great location, pretty, wonderful service. Bed was rather hard though, with no Topper. The TV reception was really poor, and there was no cable TV service at all! You would also expect that a place charging that much would include short stay essentials like toothbrush, and a more complete mini bar. It only had 2 bottles of water and 2 small packets of Devondale for the coffee / tea. The room service carries a 10 tray service over and above the already pricey limited room service menu.
