Good choice of fires. Took great trouble to ensure that everything would work out on the day . Fire and fitter arrived on time . Fitter did brilliant job and left no mess. I am really pleased with the result.
Professional service and fitting
Very helpful staff and wide range of fires and fireplaces.
Bought a stove from here and the service was fine. There was a problem with the stove on delivery and they gave me the materials to fix it myself rather than coming round to do it, which I didn't think was great. Fitting was very expensive and they charged for quotes so we got an independent fitter to do it instead. Opening times seem to be very random - often not what is on the door.
