ABT Liestal has one huge advantage that many other (BMW) garages don't have. And the name of that huge advantage is Ronnie Tschümperlin. He has been the most patient, professional, customer-oriented, friendly and honest car dealership related employee (I on purpose don't write just \sales\) I have ever met. Just because of his professionalism and behavior, I will take all my cars I will have in the future (BMW/Mini) to ABT, Liestal - as possible. It is not the closest garage compared to where I live, but it is worth it. And before you think reading this post that Mr. Tschümperlin is a friend since a long time or so, we actually just met a few weeks ago when we started talking about a potential purchase. Truly exemplary customer-oriented behavior. Way to go ABT, keep up with the great work, hiring the right talent for the right job. I'm sure you will continue to attract customers this way.

I had superb customer experience with Abt Automobile in Liestal. If someone asks me in the future how I want to be treated as a customer , this is THE customer service I will compare it to. I had very tricky situation - planning to go for long journey (4,000km) and 3 weeks before it I had health emergency that prevented me from organizing my 100k km check. Not only it was possible here to squeeze in my car into their busy schedule on a super short notice. It was also discovered my car had to have air intake replaced. And thanks to Mr. Nikq this time consuming repair alongside with break change was successfully finished in time for my long journey. I very much appreciate the human attitude and professionalism. I could have been told that unfortunately due to busy schedule my 100k check needs to wait until I was back from my long journey ( I was told this somewhere else anyway :) ). Well, thanks to superb service I was confident I would not got stuck during my trip - and I didn't.

Mein etwas älterer BMW hatte Rostansätze an der Heckklappe. Auf Anfrage wurde ein Kulanzantrag bei BMW erstellt und ich konnte das Fahrzeug abgeben und es wurde kostenlos für mich repariert (vielen Dank an dieser Stelle). Bei der Abholung musste ich feststellen, dass eine Kennzeichenleuchte nicht mehr funktionierte. Herr Nittbaur hat sich dem Problem jedoch auch noch kurz nach Feierabend angenommen und konnte die Leuchte reparieren. Vielen Dank dafür!

MW Performance

Der Verkäufer ist trotz keinem einzigen Kunden am Samstag nicht bemüht, mir als BMW Kunde seit 2008 keinen Support zu bieten und kurz in der Schublade 4 Klips herauszusuchen. Mir wurde dann in der Muttenz Niederlassung adequat geholfen. Sowas ist einfach unaktzeptabel. Scheinbar ist der Mitarbeiter vom 15.06.2019 auch sehr angespannt gewesen und lässt es in einer aggressiv wirkenden Art an seiner Kunsschaft aus.

Guten Tag liebes Abt Team. Waren bis jetzt immer zu 100% zufrieden mit Ihrem Service, bis auf Heute. Bei meinem Mini R60 ging bei der Fensterwaschanlage Vorne nichts mehr. Also Motorhaube geöffnet und siehe da, Schlauch mit Loch aber.... Schlauch gekennzeichnet und mit schwarzem Tape abgedichtet ( hing noch halb dran ) was ich unter aller Sorry \Sau\ finde. Habe für Fr. 2.50 einen Kunststoff-Schlauchverbinder gekauft und Gut ist. Ich weiss, es ist eine Bagatelle, aber solche Dinge machen mich rasend....... MFG. Guido Mangold.
