Absolutely Rude and Obnoxious, not even allowed in the door to get out of the Cold & Wind. Then proceeded to give us totally erroneous information about the services etc that were quite clearly detailed and available on their Suppliers Website from their Store. Indeed they claimed we must have visited \A fake Website!\ we had not! Condescending and Full of own self importance, in my humble opinion. Steer Clear.

I can honestly say my wedding day would not have been the magical day it was without the support of Denise and Becky. From the moment my partner walked into their boutique until the day She walked down the aisle they have been so amazing - Nothing was too much, and on some occasions she will admit she was that 'Bridezilla' but they calmed her nerves, held her hand and took care of her. Having lost her mother she found the solace and support She needed in this mother and daughter team. Since this time I must have recommended Silks to at least ten couples to be and will continue to do so. Thank you, thank you, thank you x
Went here for the final selection of dresses for our daughter. Thankfully she settled on one, and the staff apparently were very helpful. I know this because my wife and daugther came out of the shop very, very happy. I myself didn't go into the shop, hence why the pictures are of the outside only as it is tradition for the dad's not to see their daughter in there chosen dress. Lovely place to sit in the car for an hour and listen to the noise of the countryside. Everything all sorted on the dress front just the wedding to go now, help!
The shop.is clean fresh and nicely.decorated .a fantastic collection of dresses for my.daughter to choose from .the staff were so welcoming friendly and supportive of my daughters needs.a all round lovely experience we had choosing the perfect dress for her .thankyou ladies xxx
