Really pleased with this place. Was recommended here by a friend so thought I'd give it a go. Always a bit sceptical of car dealers as I hate being hassled and pressured but I didn't feel that from these guys at all. Jake, our Sales Manager, was particularly helpful. Giving me all the information I needed without the fuss and pressure. I decided to buy the car the same day I came across it because it was such a good deal. I got a great price for the car, and was more than happy with what I was offered in part exchange for my old Fiat too. The sales team give you so much information about the cars you're interested in, keep in good touch and are generally polite and helpful. The test drive route is a little over half an hour which gives you a great feel for the car. There's also lots of hot drinks available which is good when you're sorting out a deal which can take some time. Wouldn't hesitate to come back here or recommend anybody here. Class service! Can't thank Jake and the Bristol Street Motors team enough :).
